In the unlikely event of wishing to return products bought from our website you must:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within 21 days of delivery.
There can be no cancellations after your item has dispatched
The following list of items (generalised – we probably don’t sell them anyway) can’t be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
